Test conditions

1. Using the ultraviolet absorption method to test the ozone output and concentration.

2. Oxygen purity: >95%, Dew point: >-45℃.

3. Ambient temperature: ≤10℃, Humidity: <10% (Different temperature and humidity in the environment will affect the ozone output and concentration.)

 

Features:

1. Narrow discharge gap, high ozone output and concentration, low noise.

2. High-voltage and high-frequency corona discharge, small size transformer, low consumption rate of electricity.

3. The ceramic tubes are with low working voltage but high dielectric constant, not easy to be breakdown.

4. Dielectric materials are made by imported high purity aluminum oxide that are sintered through high temperature, two times high-precision internal and external burnish, thus discharge uniformity. Besides, 316L stainless steel internal electrodes and tightness firmwares make its performance better. The end caps of ozone tube and ozone outlets are made of polytetrafluoroethylene, high-purity corrosion resistant fluorine rubber seal rings, with aluminum alloy external radiator, an very effective way to heat radiation.

5. Ozone decrease is lower than 5% if work for a long time, while life time is more than 20,000 hours.
